Subject	just installed howe radiator/elec fan...what does this mean?

Message	i ran my car idle to test my temp...it was fine but i notice large amount of coolant misting/spraying out of this plug...what is this? and i lost the cap of it..it probably shooted out of place...is this some kind of reservoir plug or something..i think i poured too much coolant...how can i replace this? thanks guys japsTer jap@extremeracer.org
